Endorsement Program
For whom is the Endorsement Program?
- You expect to graduate within ~2 years
- You are an Inside Coach member and are interested in visiting a business course or are interviewing for a job at a consultancy firm
What does it offer?
Peter, founder of The Inside Coach and former consultant, will help you with your orientation and application in the consultancy world.
- We will always keep your personal details and cv confidential and will never share anything with firms without your explicit consent
- For example, we try to help you decide which firms and courses are the best to visit for your particular interests and personality
- We also help you with your application, for example feedback on your resume and motivation letter
Unfortunately we currently do not have capacity for additional candidates in the Endorsement Program at the moment. However, if you are interested, send us an email at peter@theinsidecoach.nl and we can pre-list you and email you when we have more capacity
How does it work?
1. If you are interested in our program, send your resume (incl. high school grades) to peter@theinsidecoach.nl.
2. If we indeed think you are a realistic candidate for consultancy, we will contact you within 1 week for an informal discussion to get to know each other and talk about which business courses you are interested in
3. At this point we require an admin fee of 7 EUR. You get this fee back after you have been to a consultancy business course
4. Once you have decided which business courses you would like to visit, we help you prepare your application including feedback on your resume
5. If you are interested in applying for a job, you can qualify for further coaching and case training from us

Why do I have to put up a fee of 7 EUR and get it back again if I get accepted to the business course?
The 7 EUR is to ensure that our applicants are equally serious about going to a business course as we are serious about helping them. In the past we have had experiences with students that abused our good will and this could also happen here (for example, students that just want a quick cv check; that’s not what we offer).
What is the advantage of using the endorsement program instead of applying directly at the firm I am interested in?
We offer you the opportunity to get feedback on your resume from us and receive informal guidance from former consultants which we think can help you make better choices and increase the strength of your application.
Will the consultancy firm treat me differently if I apply through the Inside Coach?
The consultancy firm wants to get the best student to attend their business course. The Inside Coach only has talented students as members, so consultancy firms are interested in the students we refer to them. Even though we will help you present your resume in a more attractive way, the consultancy firms make the final selection and will judge each resume according to the same criteria.
